Report on tontine transactions

The tontine transactions report displays clients' savings transactions for a defined date range.

How to view the Savings Transactions Report

To view the tontine transactions report you go to Savings/tontine /tontine transactions report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

The tontine transactions report lists all tontine transactions of each of the products for every account.

• From Date:  In the drop down box, select the appropriate date when the tontine report will start, e.g., "26/04/2017" and in the to drop down box select the date when the report will end e.g., "28/04/2017". 
• Report currency: From the drop down select the currency in which the report will appear, e.g., "UGX". In case the report has transactions in other currencies too, then LPF will convert all other transactions in to the report currency.
• Currency filter: When this option is selected and the report had products with different currencies then LPF will group the report by different currencies.
• Branch Code: Choose a specific branch codethat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all branches.
• Product: Choose a specific savings product that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all products.
• Geographical Area: From the drop-down select a specific geographical area  that you want to be reported on e.g Kampala.
• Client category 1: Choose a client category 1 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include clients in category 1.
• Client category 2: Choose a client category 2 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 2.
• Client category 3: Choose a client category 3 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 3.
• Cost centre: Choose a specific cost centre  that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all cost centres.
• Gender: Choose the gender  from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include both sexes.
• Transaction Type: Select the type of transaction that transactions report should display e.g 2 "Cheque". However transaction types are represented by a number like 2 is for Cheques
• Cashier: From the drop down select a specific cashier for whom the savings transaction report should be reported Check for all option to include all cashiers.
• Order By: Select from the drop down box how the report to be generated will be classified in the column header, e.g, "Account Number". The report generated will hence be grouped per Account number.

These reports can be generated for only the options below:

• Only deposits
• Only withdrawals
• Only transfers
• All transactions.
